Food Service
All buffet tables, serving pieces and utensils provided by Rodizio.
Tables, chairs, china, silverware, etc, provided or paid by client.
10% service fee on rental charges if Rodizio procures rentals.
Food Service is estimated at 2hours
Appetizer selection does not include Pao de Queijo
due to the temperamental cooking needs.
Sunday thru Thursday enjoy a 10% discount before tax & gratuity
Beverage Bar (Alcoholic)
Rodizio does not presently offer alcoholic beverages for catering however, we are happy to
supply service & bartenders for an additional charge.
Service
Plus sales tax & 20% gratuity
Rodizio service includes all food set-up, kitchen crew, meat servers and servers.
Table meat service (The Rodizio Table Rotation) is an additional $3.00 per person.
Rentals set-up and breakdown will incur a separate service charge.
Service fees are based on 2 hours of food service and 3.5 hours of event time.
